Campers, If you fire the Commission, I believe, of 7 then the Mayor get’s 4 new picks. BOS prez get’s 3 more. That’s where “it can blow at any seam’ blew at a seam. That seam was an appointee to the BOE Commission by BOS prez. Put directly, two people directly choose 8 of the 12 member Task Force. The final 4 are chosen by a group of 7 where Mayor has 4 votes. Or, as Mark Knopfler put it … “Juliette, dice was loaded from the start … … ” Niners looked great in first half … h.
