Lockerbie bombing was revenge for U.S. Navy Iranian airliner attack

A couple of years before the Lockerbie bomb attack a U.S. Navy cruiser shot down a fully loaded Iranian passenger airliner and claimed it was an accident.

Iranians took out a contract on comparable American airship and the Libyans picked it up and hired the bombmaker who made the device.

Bottom line ?

None of the Major news outlets have mentioned this angle.

Guy the have is just a contract killer hired by an intelligence service.
