<news:title>Nick has had this spot in the middle of Clarion Alley for 15 years. He changes the murals every couple of years most of the murals in Clarion Alley rotate so when somebody faces one it’s you don’t like it, but the artist are there to replace it. It’s one big canvas with lines in between sectors it’s amazing that this is able to work, but it works also in the city, but Clarion Alley has an energy because it’s where the two civilizations meet the mission. The mission white people is on the other side of Valencia and the Brown people are on the mission side it’s it works. It works very well. You know a little conflict but will conflict good for you.</news:title>

<news:title>Imagine the southeast corner 16th and Mission Bart roof with five vendor stalls, replacing the bike racks which nobody uses, and then the corner make the roof of the structure in the corner of bandstand and downstairs is a police substation, kiosk, mariachi music on the roof, colorful vendors on one side, a cop in the middle. I think that would clean up that corner of 16th and Mission.</news:title>
