h. brown’s San Francisco Bulldog Column 2
Overlooking Valencia Series
March 15th 2022
Campers,
I’ve always thought that I should use my own information platform to primarily help my audience by telling them things that I know about that they could need to know soon.
First, you should know that radiation floats on top of water.
Once you’ve survived the 7 days indoors before coming out for an hour to look for water you need to have some kind of container and a cover you can put over it when you plunge it under the water to get some.
Water you end up consuming has to come from under the surface.
Avoid getting any of the water on top into your container.
I used to study this stuff with a world expert 40 years ago.
Nuclear blasts are really unpredictable in weird ways.
If a warhead explodes between two of our hills housing atween other hills could look as tho nothing happened.
Oh, unless you know, go outside and walk around just a little bit, the radiation will get you cause you went out and walked around surroundings that looked normal but foggy.
That’s the ‘Godzilla’ in the closet I’m leading with for my second column in this series.
Cause of the thing in Ukraine.
U.S. used to have a Strategic, ‘Reserve Force’ of ICBM platform subs that were ordered to never fire no matter what happened in the war raging above them.
There for after the war was the plan and I’d bet there’s still some derivative of same thing now.
Ruskies and maybe Israelis and few others probably have George C. Scott living quarters in mine shafts somewhere.
All preparing for World War IV.
Then, V?
Staying alive will be tougher than anytime in the last 50,000 years.
Glad I got to live and be a carefree dipshit for decades.
My three grandkids are now old and skillful enuff to survive.
None of them are white and that will help.
Gonna give myself a headache here.
On local scene big news for me is that David Chiu seems to have no opposing candidate at all and that’s a disaster for those of us hoping to have a reformer perusing City Contracts.
Here’s a link to an interview Matt Gonzalez did explaining how crooks are able to manipulate contracts under the existing system.

We’ll see if I got it hooked up right but if I did you need to memorize it.
Seriously, I’ve worked for various municipal agencies from South Carolina to Missouri and on and on and watched people steal everything from copper wire wrapped in lead from under the earth to overtime hours and this piece by Gonzalez is the top piece on municipal corruption I’ve ever seen.
You can be a perfect contractor with a perfect bid and win the bidding process but still not get the work.
David Chiu not only will not reform that reality, he will make if far worse.
His first major move out of the gate was to label a couple of whistleblowers quoted in Joe Eskenazi’s, Mission Local series …
Said they were disgruntled former employees and that the accused RBA exec was clean as a new born lamb in Heaven.
That could be a problem worth considering.
I mean, is there anyone we can talk into running against him?
I could keep after Gonzalez.
Chiu’s just getting the last 18 months of Herrera’s term so if he fucks up royally enuff to draw out Gonzo or maybe, Randy Knox or maybe Sue Hestor would be good?
So, Downtown snuck Chiu thru this time but they’ve controlled that post for decades so we can put up with another 18 months.
Breed can certainly be beaten if we can get Open-Source voting machines.
If not, no, they’ll just keep rigging elections they consider key by using their ‘Proprietary Programs’ to run the machines and systems.
Personally, I like the chaos and intrigue and hazy ethical and moral compases.
Makes my stories more interesting and my stories about all of the cabals and Jimmy Hoffa and the Cuban Missile blockade and all of that are more interesting if they are even half true.
So, you know how to get a drink of water a week after the Ruskies level Mt.Sutro and that if watching and writing about the local political scene is your thing, you don’t have to worry about being bored anytime soon.
Go Niners!
