Got down to 118 pounds yesterday which was lowest weight since grade school I’m betting and here’s why I think that happened.

Well, quitting drinking for a year and a half and returning to at least 90 minutes of exercise daily too …

That took care of 50 pounds with a start at 184 when I got Cirrhosis and not only quit drinking but went on a strict diet too cause I knew right away when I heard that I

so, what accounted for the last 6 pounds in 7 days was the 3 hits of acid and handfull of shrooms I at over that 7 day period !!

Anyway, none of those were strong enuff to give me life change ideas or to see God or even colors and the like.

They were fun tho.

They kind of gave me an elevated sharpness and clarity in thinking which is I’d imagine why those kind of low doses are becoming so popular in people in the higher levels of business and public management.

So, straight again my mind goes immediately to my Clarion Street Project.

On the paperwork pressure end I need to keep the petition in my backpack and drag my dbl sided sign along for filing the Recall thing.

If she paved the Alley and installed Pit Stop units in front of the cop shop and Pentecostal church respectively tomorrow I’d halt my petition.

I’m gonna assume she won’t and buy another sack of concrete today.

A hint for all of you getting old and can’t afford to pay to watch the Niners and any other team on the internet or at a bar ?

I live alone so I just don’t go anywhere while the game is on so that I don’t know the outcome.

Then, wait a half hour or so and turn to You Tube and ask for Niner highlights and you can watch the entire game inside of ten minutes without any sound at all or commercials or crowd noise …

I saw this same group do the same thing to a very righteous man named George Gascon who was the best friend they had in Law Enforcement.

That’s why the barriers were up in front of Mission Precinct Police Station.

This group camped on that sidewalk trying to get the police chief fired and when I pointed out that the Mayor would just appoint one who was not their friend they refused to listen.

They were just there for the Cameras and might be now.

I’ll read their manifesto more closely …
