Why not put the Homeless Encampments on Treasure Island ?

574 acres rimmed with gorgeous giant boulders and the Bay at your feet ?

What’s not to like ?

Put the 24 mobile restrooms the Mayor has in storage there first.

I have tried for years and never gotten anyone to acknowledge this possibility.
