That intersection once had 7 trash cans and now has 2. Does Recology get less money when their number of stops decline ? The trash generating businesses are still there so where is trash gonna go ? This is especially weird cause Manny’s volunteers pick up a mountain of trash every Sunday morning and stack it next to one of their trash cans ?? Anyway, the can that should go is in front of the Friends school on Valencia at Clinton Park. I clean up there mornings with my dog and the can draws all kinds of superfluous trash from mattresses to commercial garbage so I put in a 311 request that it be removed and replaced by a unit the next corner up at Duboce and Valencia by Freddy’s Liquor Store and they put in the Duboce unit and left the one by the school which is an ongoing problem which was covered by SFist on a story about Clinton Park Street. Anyone know how much Chakrabarti gave Omar ? go Niners !! h

About Me

I’m h. brown, the creator and author behind this blog. I’m a political blogger covering San Francisco local politics. Everything I write from now on is my attempt to carry on the torch for Linda Laflamme (Neska) and Roscoe Robinson (Frank Leslie/Mickey/Roscoe) two gifts to so many many thousands.

So far.

“I’m supposed to play here.”

That’s what Linda Laflamme said the first time I saw her under the snow topped skylight in the old Steam Auto factory my friends and I had converted to h. brown’s in 1977 I believe it was.

Go Niners
