Wiener will use the increased power to further screw the People of San Francisco as he has done at every step upward in his career. As a corporate lawyer he was known as the best at circumventing SF’s laws protecting tenants and homeowners on behalf of his developer clients. As a member of the Board of supes Scott paired with David Chiu to pass legislation demolishing 2,200 Rent Control units at Park Merced alone which was a big step up from shafting one tenant or property owner at a time. In Sacramento, Wiener used his increased power to booger the entire City of San Francisco’s power to govern the regulation of construction and management of our land and buildings and hand that power over to his developer mentors. In Washington he’ll do the same and a compliant media will continue to praise him for how many laws this boy can get passed without noting that they only increase the clout of elite speculators. Vote for Wiener and you’ll wake up with a chocolate mint on your pillow the next morning and won’t even know what it’s for. Chan has always worked for the People. I liken her to Joan of Arc. But, then, I tend to be dramatic. lol go Niners !! h.
