Watchers,

That’s what AI’s call us when they talk amongst themselves.

Humans are “Watchers” cause we’ve bought tickets to either Paradise or Oblivion along with stock in Artificial Intelligence.

Bertolt Brecht said it best for me in ‘Three Penny Opera’ …

“I was born on a rug on a Dublin tug and grew up with heroic desires.

In old Ireland’s cause I’d have broken all laws and perished in Protestant fires.

Yet nowadays I have no wish to die, at least not prematurely.

Why should I join you in your daring duel when I’m happy sitting here admiring you ?

Let others take the high road  …

I am the everlasting Looker-On.”

I don’t just look.

I carry signs.

An endorsement from AOC and/or Bernie would push her over the line. I’m guessing she get’s that after she takes down Chakrabarti. It reminds me so much of 2003. Newsom was over 40% in the polls and Matt and Angela were battling for 2nd place at around half that and Alioto would have won if she’d bested Gonzo. Matt squeaked by for 2nd in the Primary and then made up the gap in 30 days to actually take the lead over Gavin the week before the election. Connie will have to do the same to Scott but she will have 153 days if my finger and toe count is correct. Connie for Congress !! and, always … go Niners !! h.

About Me

I’m h. brown, the creator and author behind this blog. I’m a political blogger covering San Francisco local politics. Everything I write from now on is my attempt to carry on the torch for Linda Laflamme (Neska) and Roscoe Robinson (Frank Leslie/Mickey/Roscoe) two gifts to so many many thousands.

So far.

“I’m supposed to play here.”

That’s what Linda Laflamme said the first time I saw her under the snow topped skylight in the old Steam Auto factory my friends and I had converted to h. brown’s in 1977 I believe it was.
