Mr. Mayor and Rachel these are the kinds of things I need liquid sunshine for a homeless tent, pulled out of here less stains all over the sidewalk in front of a major business and you refuse to give me liquid sunshine. This is what I use right now I’m using plain water. It’s a disgrace that you will not equip me with the proper tools.
