h. brown2 minutes ago editedIs wage theft a crime?I requested that DPW street sweepers do the west side of Valencia from Duboce to 16th daily and watched a sweeper show up at 5:30am and power down Valencia headed south past past 15th and on down to Duboce where it made a U turn still on Valencia and powered on back down Valencia southward in the middle of the street w/out ever touching a curb.But, their odometer showed they took the unit far enough to have done the job even tho they didn’t.As they were making a good 30mph on this scam run they’d have lots of time left over and if they do this on their entire route they could be finished in half the required time for a good job and where do they spend the leftover time ?I’d like for the Inspector General out of the Controller’s Office to look into this and left a message but they haven’t gotten back to me.Does Larsen have Flock cameras that cover this area ?go Niners !!h.
