To Joe and Lydia at Mission Local,

Do you ever use ideas from readers ?

I gave Joe an idea several years ago about doing a column featuring the oldest 311 Complaints in the Mission and never heard back.

2 of mine are to make owner of Armory take the depression in the sidewalk behind the bus stop out cause it has been a Lake of Piss for 50 years.

The other is to move the little used Attendant staffed toilet from the North Side of the building across the street to the Front behind the bus stop.

And, replace it with one of the new units that are also manned by the Hunter’s Point group that London just gave 17 million thru Peskin’s BOS with Chan as Budget and Finance Chair.

Another 311 I have is to complete sidewalk from bus stop to parking lot of SFHA on Egbert Street.

Another is to repave Clarion Alley where I personally filled all of the pot holes full of urine and feces.

Hmmmm.

Am I pushing too hard here, Lydia ?

Last Peskin Board Legalizes SEX !!!

‘Fence’ was actually the base of huge scaffolding structure,

It was about ten feet tall and another ten feet thick to take up half of the huge sidewalk.

I found City Agency with power to inspect and fine the owner (Billion dollar outfit outta Chicago).

Took over 30 phone calls and several months and one clerk passed to another but I know the director like a son.

They fined em $2,200 and promised a thousand dollar a day fine if it wasn’t down in 2 weeks.

They had it down in 3 days just in time for Lurie’s ‘Tipping Point’ donor thank you concert with limos and all.

Daniel said they did it because of him.

I told him I have the 4 page inspection and fine document and he laughed and said I could take the credit.

Which I am here.

Never could get Mission Local to help.
