Regarding 311 number 101004511000 case Liquid Sunshine 6 Pickers

Good day,

I am a Volunteer trash picker and DPW has been unresponsive to my request for more supplies so I’m making a big deal out of it cause it is to me.

My contact at DPW is George Li who does not answer requests and the operators at 311 say that DW is simply closing my 311’s as they receive them but w/out delivering supplies.

I have 31 storefronts on my route and I use a steel brush and detergent to keep the urine and feces stains under control.

Rachel Gordon at DPW says I need to undergo training to get more soap ?

Please tell me when and where because I am tired of paying for ammonia out of my own pocket along with reflective gear and steel brushes and spray bottles.

Why do you have to make things so hard ?

George Li told me that they thought that supplying me was a “one off”.

What does that even mean?
