Dawg musing of Silicon reporters replacing Carbon counterparts

Skippy Brown

Campers,

How’s this work for you ?

….

Better than Near Beer, Maybe better than beer. I have the idea of sending honored but long deceased great reporters out on stories. The new AI agentic systems might make this possible. For an example, feed a Robo Reporter the minor task of reading everything that Walter Lippman ever wrote then digesting every past meeting of the SF Police Commission then sending my composite reporter to attend current meetings as they occur and posting stories from the viewpoint of a modern Cyber Walter. Better yet, toss in an order for my Franken/Scribe to also read all of the works of Hunter Thompson and mix Hunter and Walter to get some humor into the mix. Maybe a Luella Parsons/Cecilia Vega composite covering SF Society ? lol The writing on the wall getting more clear ? No more Eventbrite tickets to buy. No more transit or parking problems. No more metal detectors. You wouldn’t have to pay your pseudo-Hunter’s drug or booze bill or send a lawyer along on his road trips. You could actually have Napoleon covering today’s war in Ukraine as he also fought there and knows the terrain and there is enough of his work extant to mimic his voice I’d think. Why is this getting mixed with the theme of ‘Weekend at Uncle Bernie’s’ in my mind ? I wonder what Clarence Darrow thinks of Brooke Jenkins ? lol go Niners !! h.

About Me

I’m h. brown, the creator and author behind this blog. I’m a political blogger covering San Francisco local politics. Everything I write from now on is my attempt to carry on the torch for Linda Laflamme (Neska) and Roscoe Robinson (Frank Leslie/Mickey/Roscoe) two gifts to so many many thousands.

So far.

“I’m supposed to play here.”

That’s what Linda Laflamme said the first time I saw her under the snow topped skylight in the old Steam Auto factory my friends and I had converted to h. brown’s in 1977 I believe it was.

Go Niners
